Any new commercial contracts relating to TWB products and services are to be entered into between Jiangsu TWB Bearings Co., Ltd. and its customers and/or suppliers thereafter. Any existing commercial contracts relating to TWB business executed before the date of July 1, 2008 between Timken (Wuxi) Bearings Co., Ltd. and customers and suppliers should be transferred from Timken (Wuxi) Bearings Co., Ltd. to Jiangsu TWB Bearings Co., Ltd.; and Jiangsu TWB Bearings Co., Ltd. undertakes all rights and obligations of Timken (Wuxi) Bearings Co., Ltd. thereto provided in the executed contracts. 自2008年7月1日起，与TWB品牌相关的所有业务将由江苏帝达贝轴承有限公司独立承担。任何新的与TWB品牌的产品或者服务相关的商业合同将由江苏帝达贝轴承有限公司与客户或供应商签订。在此日期之前由铁姆肯（无锡）轴承有限公司签订的，与TWB品牌业务相关的所有合同都将继续有效，江苏帝达贝轴承有限公司承接原合同中所有与TWB品牌相关的责任与义务。 Liabilities and debts related to TWB will be paid in accordance with the name and account number in invoices.
